This is the first official launch of our Teen Leadership Intensive. As a Founding Cohort, participants will be part of an intimate, high-impact experience designed to help them build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, and step into leadership in their everyday lives.

What This Program Offers
The Becoming Her Within Teen Leadership Intensive is designed for girls who are ready to grow in confidence, strengthen their voice, and develop the emotional and leadership tools they need to navigate everyday life.
Through guided workshops, group discussions, reflective activities, and creative expression, participants will be supported in building greater self-awareness, communication skills, and leadership capacity in a way that feels engaging and age-appropriate.
