EWK Partners with Catholic Charities to Expand Wellness & Empowerment Programs

We’re excited to share that Evolving with Ka’Cheena is beginning a new collaboration with Catholic Charities at St. Rocco’s Family Center. This partnership will allow us to continue bringing healing and empowerment programming directly to families in our community.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve had the joy of leading chair yoga sessions with moms and their children. These moments have reminded us that wellness doesn’t only live in studios — it thrives in dining halls, community spaces, and wherever families gather.

Wellness belongs everywhere families gather.

Expanding Our Offerings

Through this partnership, we’ll be expanding our offerings to include:

• ✨ Yoga & Breathwork sessions tailored for families and groups.
• ✨ Journaling sessions using our 90 Days to Becoming Her guided journal.
• ✨ Becoming Her workshops that focus on self-care, boundaries, and empowerment.
